Marlene Cagatao was born in the Philippines and moved to the US in 1980. She started in the Banking Business and moved up as a Manager and Loan officer with Great Western Savings and Loan. In 1989 she decided to venture into Real Estate sales and has been a full-time realtor for 35 years. She is now affiliated with Coldwell Banker Hallmark. She specializes in residential, multi-units, commercial assisted living facilities, and other investments. She has excelled in her field and has received many awards throughout her career. She is a dedicated realtor providing excellent service and expertise to her clients.
