Our Programs

Advocacy

At DCTF, we recognize the need to address affordable housing and homeownership challenges for Asian Americans and other minority communities. Our advocacy efforts aim to ensure that Asian Americans receive the representation and support they deserve, especially since our community is often overlooked in critical reports and statistics.

Our platform empowers community leaders to advocate for our community and mentor the younger generation, fostering opportunities in real estate and finance. We strive to help those in distress, including the homeless, senior citizens, battered women, and individuals struggling to afford rent, ensuring access to one of life’s basic necessities: shelter.

Despite perceptions of Asian Americans as uniformly successful, many in our community face significant economic challenges. By advocating for diversity, equity, and economic opportunities, DCTF is committed to building a more inclusive society where everyone has a fair chance at the American Dream. Together, we can create a better future for all marginalized communities.
