Dreams Come True Foundation, Inc. (DCTF)
Last updated: October 18, 2026

This policy explains how DCTF handles information collected through dctf.org, program registration forms, and related inquiries. DCTF is a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 87-1105545.

Information you provide

When you register interest in a program or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, city, program interests, referral source, and the messages you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to inquiries, manage registrations, communicate confirmed event details and reminders, and operate our nonprofit programs.

Our homebuyer registration form is for education and event inquiries. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, tax returns, bank statements, identification documents, or other sensitive financial records through that form. Registration is not a loan application.

Website and embedded services

DCTF uses WordPress for its website and Jotform for its existing homebuyer registration form. Website hosting, security, form, and email providers may process information on our behalf to operate these services. Embedded forms and other external content may receive your IP address, browser and device information, and interaction data, and may use cookies or similar technologies when loaded.

Automated Jotform acknowledgement emails may contain tracking images used by Jotform to measure email opens. Your email application may let you block remote images.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or embedded content may affect login, form submission, and other features. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; those services have their own privacy practices.

How information is used and shared

DCTF uses program registration information for its nonprofit activities and related communications. DCTF receives homebuyer registration notifications at dctfevents@gmail.com and maintains submissions in its Jotform account. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of our services.

DCTF does not sell registrant or donor information or transfer it into separate personal or commercial marketing systems. Participating in DCTF education is not consent to commercial solicitation. A referral requiring disclosure of your information will be discussed with you before that disclosure.

Retention and security

DCTF retains information as needed for the purposes described here, program administration, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Our website and embedded registration form use HTTPS. No online service can guarantee absolute security. DCTF retains responsibility for its program records when service providers process them on its behalf.

Your choices and requests

You may ask DCTF to correct your information, stop optional communications, or review a request for access or deletion. Contact info@dctf.org. We may need to verify your request and may retain records needed for legal, accounting, or security purposes. For event registration help, contact dctfevents@gmail.com.

If you submit information for someone else, please obtain their permission. Do not include another person’s sensitive information in a general inquiry.

Updates to this policy

We may revise this notice when our services or information practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
